Hey there Reader,
You'll want to 'star' this email to come back to. Trust me - it's jam-packed with high-value tailored just for you.
But, let me guess—you’re juggling a million things right now. Between creative work, client projects, personal life, and those small fires that seem to pop up out of nowhere… you’re constantly in survival mode.
I used to feel the exact same way.
But what if I told you that there’s a way to manage your time, grow your business, and keep your personal life in check?
Today, I’m pulling back the curtain on the Six-Block Time-Blocking System that I’ve used to streamline my business, find deep focus, and create actual time for myself—without the late-night hustle.
Meet the Six-Block System:
This is how I structure my days to stay productive and avoid burnout, especially as a creative entrepreneur:
→ Morning Block: Quiet, personal time to start your day. No emails. No work. Just focus on yourself and set the tone for the day.
→ Day Block: Family/home time. If you have kids, this is where you handle the morning routines, family time, or any household tasks before work begins.
→ Work Block: This is where you get into deep work mode. No distractions. Just focused time to tackle the projects that move the needle in your business.
→ Evening Block: Time to wind down, enjoy dinner with family, and disconnect from work.
→ Nighttime Block: Personal time. Completely unplugged from work. This is for your partner, hobbies, or pure relaxation.
→ Floating Project Block: This is the time you set aside for special projects that don’t fit into the usual work schedule—whether it’s a new launch or your next creative endeavor.
Here’s why it works:
When I started applying this system, I went from feeling overwhelmed and scattered to having a manageable, structured day that gave me peace of mind. Instead of rushing from task to task, I had time blocks dedicated to specific activities.
- Deep focus during the work block allows me to get more done in less time.
- Morning and night blocks help me recharge and keep my creative energy high.
- Project blocks make sure I’m always moving forward on important projects.
Ready to take control of your schedule?
I want to help you get started with your own time-blocking system.
I’ve created a free resource for you: my CEO Day SOP. It’s a step-by-step guide that walks you through how to plan your week in just 60 minutes. [Snag your download here!]
It’s a game-changer, especially if you’ve been feeling scattered or overwhelmed by everything on your plate.

How to use the Six-Block System:
In this week's video, I walk through exactly how I set up my time blocks using Google Calendar, and I give you tips for tailoring it to your unique schedule.
Oh, and even though this first video is a zoom-recording (total newbie quality mistake, I know!) -
You're going to want to subscribe because next week's video is already much better on the camera-quality and all about ^theme days for your work-block, and in your business.
Whether you have 5 hours a week or 40, this week's system adapts to you.
- Step 1: Create your time blocks in Google Calendar. Use 'recurring events' and simply update your hours during CEO-Day following the steps in the CEO-DAY SOP above^^
- Step 2: Add your recurring tasks to each block (like morning routine, client calls, or creative work).
- Step 3: Make sure to schedule in breaks and project blocks for personal growth and future planning.
The transformation is real.
When you have structured blocks of time, you stop wasting energy on trying to decide what to do next. Your days flow, and you have the space to be creative and present—both in your business and in your personal life.
